Each piece is made to order by our team with quality and care.

For UK-based customers, please allow up to 14 days from the date of your order to receive your piece.

For international customers, please allow 14–30 days from the date of your order to receive your piece.

As each item is made to order, please keep these timeframes in mind when placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside of our control, including postal or courier delays and customs processing.

RETURNS

As each piece is made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.
